I’m Michelle, owner of McKown Interiors. I earned my Interior Design degree in 2005, took time off for my two kids—now teenagers—and have returned to my passion. Born in Kansas City, with years in New York, I blend East Coast insights with Midwestern charm. Our city’s rich art and diverse architectural styles—from Shirtwaist Houses to midcentury modern—inspire me. I believe homes should reflect personal style, merging timeless elegance with contemporary trends. I look forward to crafting a unique, sophisticated space for you.
